Unopened, unused and undamaged products should be returned with 14 days of receipt in or with their original packaging. Please use a tracked delivery service to send returns to: Mr Vanguard Ltd, RETURNS, 85 Great Portland Street, London, W1W 7LT. If you wish to make a return, for reasons other than product defect or incorrect goods, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of return postage. Returned items will be eligible for refund or exchange within a maximum of 14 days of purchase. Please retain proof of postage of your return until we acknowledge receipt of the returned item(s), as we will not be liable for postal delays or failure to deliver. Your statutory rights will not be affected.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will contact you by email to confirm receipt of the return and to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on your bank, processing times may vary.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Customers awaiting overdue refunds should check with their bank or credit card company in the first instance. Sometimes there may be a delay in the refund being processed after authorisation, and it may take a few days to show on your bank balance or card statement. After contacting your bank or card issuer, if you are still waiting for an overdue refund, please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to check the status of your account.
Sale/Discounted items (if applicable)
In line with our company policy, only items from our full-price range may be refunded. Sale items and discounted products will not be eligible for refund.
