I can't see my country on the drop down menu when I try to place an order?

Unfortunately, due to international shipping regulations, we can not deliver our fragrances worldwide. Please see below a full list of where we do deliver to, if your country isn't on this list, we can not deliver to you.

Is the price on the product page the full price?

Yes - All our prices are the full price.

Are the products advertised on the site genuine?

Yes - All products we sell are 100% genuine.

How do I know if something is out of stock?

Our customer services department will notify you if any items are out of stock once your order has been received.

Is there a maximum number of products I can order as a single customer?

Yes - each customer is allowed to purchase a maximum of 4 individual products per transaction.

Are samples available?

Yes - A free sample of our fragrance will be sent to every UK-based subscriber to our email newsletter. Unfortunately, we do not send samples outside of the UK.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your delivery charges?

We have tried to keep our delivery charges not only reasonable, but above all inexpensive. For some countries, the shipping costs are higher, but this is clearly shown on your order and needs to be confirmed by you at checkout before we take any payment. For UK customers, delivery is free per order, which includes postage and packaging.

Why is my transaction processed in GBP even though I do not live in the UK and will I pay Customs charges?

A - Currency for non-UK orders will be in GBP. This means that all your transaction will be processed in GBP and this is the currency that our customers see in checkout. Mr Vanguard Ltd will not be liable to cover any customs charges that may be applied by Customs at your home country.

Order Tracking

Can I track the order I have just placed?

Yes - Once your product has been shipped, we will send you an 'Order Shipped' email which will include the courier details and a 'tracking code' for you to track your order.

will be sent to every UK-based subscriber.
