UK Delivery

All UK (excluding certain highlands & islands) orders will be shipped by Royal Mail First Class registered delivery and will require a signature on receipt. Delivery is free per order, which includes postage and packaging. Once payment has been received, we process all items within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. Please allow 2-3 working days for order to be delivered.

Europe Delivery

Europe (including UK Islands) delivery is £7.00 per order, which includes postage and packaging. Once payment has been received, we process all items within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. Please allow 5 working days for order to be delivered. Currency for non-UK orders will be in GBP. This means that all your transaction will be processed in GBP and this is the currency that our customers see in checkout. Mr Vanguard Ltd will not be liable to cover any customs charges that may be applied by Customs at your home country.

International Delivery

International delivery outside of Europe is £10.00 per order (excluding delivery to the United Arab Emirates which is £17.00 per order), which includes postage and packaging. Once payment has been received, we process all items within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. Please allow 5 working days for your order to be delivered. Currency for international delivery will be in GBP. This means that all your transaction will be processed in GBP and this is the currency that our customers see in checkout. Mr Vanguard Ltd will not be liable to cover any customs charges that may be applied by Customs at your home country.

Unfortunately, due to international shipping regulations, we can not deliver our fragrances worldwide. Please see below a full list of where we do deliver to, if your country isn't on this list, we can not deliver to you.

Sample Delivery

Sample Delivery is free per sample, which includes postage and packaging. Once payment has been received, we process all items within 1-2 working days of receiving your sample order. Please allow 2-3 working days for sample order to be delivered.

All risk (including risk of loss and/or damage to ordered products) will pass to the customer who placed the order once items are successfully delivered to the destination address as specified in the order. Mr Vanguard Ltd will not be liable for any shipment delay or failure to deliver products if the delay or failure is either wholly or partly caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Unfortunately, Mr Vanguard is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses as a signature is required on delivery. Delivery times may vary. Please note differences in delivery charges reflect international courier and shipping costs.
